Personal data will be controlled and processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice.

- Representatives of our business partners, customers and suppliers.
The Privacy Notice describes the types of personal data or personal information we collect, how we use this information, how we process and protect the information we collect, how long we store it, with whom we share it, to whom we transfer it, and the rights individuals may exercise with respect to our use of their personal data. It also describes how you can contact us to learn about our privacy practices and practice your rights.. Our privacy practices could vary among the countries in which we operate to reflect local practices and legal requirements.

Information we gather
We collect your personal information in different ways, such as through our website and social media; at our events and over the phone; through job applications and in-person recruiting; and in our interactions with customers and suppliers.
We can collect a selection of personal data depending on the nature of the relationship, including:
- Contact information (such as name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number).
- Username and password when registering on our website.
- Information you provide about people you want us to contact.
- Other information you provide to us, such as in surveys or through the “Contact Us” feature on our website.
In addition, if you are a consultant or a candidate and you apply for a position or create an account to apply for a position, we may collect the following type of personal information:
- Work and academic background
- Language skills and other job-related skills
- Identity Card Number
- Date of birth
- Nationality and authorization to work in the country
- Information provided by references
- Curriculum vitae, information you provide regarding your professional interests, and other information about your qualifications for employment
Purpose
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Provide information on employment opportunities and solutions covering the entire talent cycle.
- Online account creation and management.
- Payment processing.
- Management of our relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Answer to specific inquiries and requests.
- Management, evaluation and improvement of our business (including the developement, analysis and improvement of our services; the management of our communications; the performance of data analysis; and also the performance of accounting, auditing and other internal functions).
- Protect against fraud, by identifying and attempting to prevent fraud and other illegal activities, claims and other liabilities.
- Comply with and enforce the applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies.
- In the cases where, permitted by law, in accordance with the Data Controller’s cookie and advertising notice (which is included here in by reference), and only if you have given your consent, to send promotional materials, alerts about available job openings, and other communications.
- In the cases where, permitted by law and only if you have given your consent, to communicate and administer participation in special events, promotions, programs, offers, surveys, contests and market research.
In addition to the activities mentioned above, if you are a consultant or candidate and you apply for a position or create an account to apply for a position, as permitted by local law, we use the information described in this privacy policy for the following purposes:
- Providing employment and job opportunities.
- Provide talent management services, including administration of benefit programs, payroll and performance management.
- Provide additional services such as training, career counseling and career transition services.
- Evaluate your suitability as a job candidate and your qualifications associated with job assignments.
- Perform data analysis, such as:
- The analysis of our candidate and consultant bases.
- The assessment of individual performance and capabilities, including scoring of job-related skills.
- The identification of shortages of qualified personnel.
- The use of information to match people and potential opportunities.
- And data analysis of trends in recruitment practices.
We could also use information in other ways for which we provide specific notice prior to or at the time of the collection.
Legitimation
Data processing will be carried out on the basis of the application of the following legal grounds:
- the explicit consent of the data subject, where required by applicable law.
- to ensure compliance with a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract [for example processing your personal data to ensure that your wages and taxes are paid].
- when it could be essential and necessary for the legitim interest of the Responsible of the data treatment as is described with more details when essential and necessary for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller as described in more detail below [for example to allow the user to access the website to use the services offered].
However, we remind you that you have the right to object to the processing of your data by any of the means described in this Policy.
Data preservation
The data for the management of the relationship with the customer and the billing and collection of the services will be kept for as long as the contract is in force. Once this relationship has ended, if applicable, the data may be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation and until the expiration of any liabilities arising from the contract.
The data for sending commercial communications of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until, if necessary, you express your desire to delete them.
We will not keep your personal data for any purpose for longer than necessary and will only keep necessary personal data for that purpose. In addition, we must maintain certain information as required by law or as long as reasonably necessary to comply with regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.
Recipient
We do not disclose the personal information we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice or in separate notices in connection with certain activities.
We share personal information with suppliers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these suppliers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.
We may also share your personal information (i) with our subsidiaries and(ii) if you are a candidate for a role, with customers who could have job opportunities available or interest in hiring our candidates, and (iii) with others we work with, such as labor recruitment consultants and subcontractors, to find a job for you.
In addition, we may disclose personal information (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process; (ii) to law enforcement or other government officials on the basis of a lawful disclosure request; and (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of actual or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity. We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the case that we sell or transfer all or a part of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).
International Data Transfers
They are not performed.
Automated decisions
We will not create a “business profile” based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of such a profile.
Data origin
We inform you that we only collect data from you, without obtaining it from other sources.
Rights
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether LOGNEXT is processing personal data concerning him/her, and to the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of data being processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be disclosed; if possible, the intended period of storage of the personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period.
People concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Data subjects could request the deletion of personal data concerning them when one of the following circumstances applies: they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed; they withdraw consent and the processing is not based on another legal basis; they object to the processing and no other legitimate grounds for the processing prevail; they have been processed unlawfully.
In certain circumstances, the interested parties could request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects could object to the processing of their data. LOGNEXT will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
The persons concerned have the right to portability, which implies that the data subject’s personal data are transmitted directly from one controller to another, without the need for prior transmission to the data subject himself, provided that this is technically possible.
The persons concerned have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

Right to complain to the Control Authority: In the case that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint by writing to the Spanish Data Protection Agency located at Calle Jorge Juan, 6 28001-Madrid or use the electronic headquarters:>https://sedeagpd.gob.es. In both cases, it must be accompanied by the pertinent documentation.
